Loopback Labs LLC ("we", "us") builds apps with a privacy-first mindset: we collect the minimum data needed for our products to work, and we never sell or rent personal data. This policy explains what we collect and why, both on this website and in our apps.

This website

Our website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting; these are retained briefly and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Email

If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and maintain a support history. We don't add you to any marketing list without your consent, and you can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.

Our apps

Each app we release may have its own privacy details, disclosed in its App Store listing and, where applicable, a per-app policy linked from this page. Across all of our apps we follow the same principles:

• We collect only the data an app needs for its features to function.
• Data stays on your device unless a feature genuinely requires processing elsewhere, in which case we say so clearly.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
• We do not show third-party advertising in our apps.

Teeth AI (upcoming)

Teeth AI has not launched yet. Before release, this section will be updated with a full description of what data the app processes, how any AI features handle photos or health-related information, and what choices you have. Health-related data will never be sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes affecting a released app will also be noted in that app's release notes.
